The 25th Anniversary Memorial Walk brought first responders, families, businesses, volunteers, and residents together for 5.3 miles of remembrance from REV in Larose to the Cut Off Youth Center.

The September 11, 2026 walk honored the victims and first responders of September 11, 2001. Participants paused together at key moments in the 9/11 timeline while businesses, residents, volunteers, law enforcement, fire, and EMS supported the route and event operations.

The walk is free. The mission is not. Community support helped turn remembrance into direct support for FHF-LA's mission.

Membership dues renew January 1. First-year dues are prorated based on the quarter in which a member joins.

  • Applicants must meet membership eligibility requirements.
  • Membership is subject to approval by the Board of Directors.
  • Payment of dues does not guarantee approval.
  • If an application is denied, dues are refunded.
